CubeWP Agency

Your clients' websites,
on infrastructure that is yours.

An Agency plan gives you a dedicated server allocated to your agency alone — not a slice of the shared fleet. Run up to 25 client websites on it, manage the whole portfolio from one dashboard, and give every client their own portal. We keep the infrastructure running; you keep the client relationship.

Dedicated infrastructure

Your portfolio runs on its own server,
not on the shared fleet.

This is the difference between an Agency plan and buying twenty-five individual hosting accounts. When you start an agency, a server is provisioned and allocated to you — and every client site you create lands on it by design, not by chance.

CubeWP managed infrastructure containing one server allocated to your agency, which hosts up to 25 client websites — seven slots occupied and the rest available.

Allocated

A server for your agency

Provisioned when you subscribe and tied to your account. Client sites are placed there automatically — you never pick a server, and a site of yours never quietly lands on the shared fleet.

Managed

No server administration

Provisioning, WordPress, PHP, the web server, certificates, backups and updates are operated by CubeWP. No root login to hold, no patching rota, nothing to be paged about.

Predictable

A known allocation

Capacity is a property of your infrastructure, not a counter in a billing system. You can see exactly how much is used, and the platform stops you overshooting rather than surprising you later.

What you're actually buying

Three things, and they're not the same thing.

Most hosting sells you a number. An Agency subscription is a plan, a server and a capacity — related, but independent. Keeping them apart is what lets your capability change without touching your capacity, and your capacity follow your infrastructure.

01 · Plan

Your Agency subscription

The commercial agreement between your agency and CubeWP. It decides which capability tier you're on — Core or Premium — and therefore which templates and add-ons your client sites may run.

02 · Infrastructure

The server allocated to you

A dedicated environment provisioned for your agency when you subscribe. It exists from the moment you pay, and its state — being prepared, active, needing attention — is visible to you rather than hidden.

03 · Capacity

Room for 25 client sites

Capacity belongs to your infrastructure, not to a line on an invoice. Both tiers include the same 25 sites, because how many websites you run and what you can build with them are two different questions.

25
Client websites · one allocation

Twenty-five hosting accounts, or one agency.

Running a client portfolio on individual hosting means twenty-five control panels, twenty-five renewal dates, twenty-five sets of credentials, and twenty-five invoices that arrive on twenty-five different days. None of that work is billable.

An Agency plan replaces it with one environment, one dashboard and one bill. You add a client, you create their site, and it is running on infrastructure you already own — without a new hosting relationship each time you win work.

Two surfaces, two audiences

You get a control room.
Your clients get a front door.

Your agency dashboard and your clients' portal are separate products with separate logins. A client never sees your plan, your capacity, your other clients, or what you charge them.

Side by side: the agency dashboard showing the whole portfolio and capacity, and the client portal showing one client their own website only — with the agency's plan, capacity and other clients unreachable from it.

Clients sign in with a one-time code — no password to reset and no CubeWP account to create. They see their own websites and nothing else. The list above isn't hidden by a setting; the portal has no route to it.

Your name in front

Client sites carry your domain,
then theirs.

Connect your agency's domain once. Every client site you create is addressed under it automatically — and when a client is ready, their own domain goes on top.

A client site is created under your agency's domain, the client's own domain is connected at launch, and their portal lives on your domain too — all resolving to the same website on your agency server.

Agency domain

clientname.youragency.com

Connect your domain once and every new client site is created under it, with its certificate issued automatically. Your clients see your agency's name from the first day of the project, not ours.

Client domain

theirbusiness.com

When the site is ready to launch, the client's own domain is connected and secured. You can do it for them, or let them do it themselves from their portal with the exact records to add.

Client portal

portal.youragency.com

Your clients' portal can live on your domain too, so the place they sign in to manage their website is addressed in your agency's name rather than pointing them at a platform they have never heard of.

Templates

Start from a finished site, not a blank one

Every client site starts from the CubeWP template catalogue — complete directory, classifieds, eCommerce and business builds rather than empty themes. Pick one, and the site is created configured and ready to shape for the client.

Core includes the core catalogue. Premium unlocks the premium templates and add-ons.

Your team

Bring your staff in

Invite the people who actually build the sites. Staff can create clients and sites and manage everything in the agency; only you, as owner, can invite or remove people and change the plan.

Client logins are separate again — scoped to one client's own websites.

How it works

From subscribing to your first client site.

01

Choose your tier

Core or Premium. Both include 25 client sites; they differ in what those sites may be built with.

02

Your server is provisioned

Infrastructure is allocated to your agency and prepared. You can watch the progress — it isn't a black box.

03

Connect your domain

Point your agency domain at CubeWP once. Every client site afterwards is created under it automatically.

04

Add a client, create their site

Pick a template, name the site, and it's built on your infrastructure and filed under that client.

05

Connect their domain

When the build is signed off, the client's own domain goes live with its certificate issued for it.

06

Invite them to their portal

They get a scoped login to their own websites — and you keep running the portfolio from one dashboard.

Sites vs Agency

Built for

People who deliver websites for a living.

Web agencies

Run the whole client portfolio from one place, with a professional login for each client instead of shared credentials in an email thread.

Freelancers

Take on client work without inheriting a new hosting account, invoice and password every time a project lands.

WordPress developers

Start each project from a finished template rather than a blank install, and keep every build on infrastructure you control.

Web studios

Give your team scoped access to the agency, so the people building sites can work without holding the billing relationship.

Managed website providers

Turn hosting from a cost you resell into an environment you operate, with capacity you can see and plan against.

Businesses with many sites

Run brands, franchises or regional sites as separate websites under one roof, without one hosting account per property.

Agency pricing

One bill for your whole portfolio.

Both tiers include the same dedicated infrastructure and the same 25 client sites. They differ in what your client sites may be built with.

Questions

Agency questions, answered plainly.

On infrastructure provisioned and allocated to your agency when you subscribe. Client sites created inside your agency are placed there — they are not put on the shared CubeWP Sites fleet.
Up to 25, on both Core and Premium. Capacity is a property of your infrastructure allocation, and your dashboard always shows how much of it is used and how much remains.
No. Your agency is the CubeWP customer; your clients are yours. They are never billed by CubeWP, never see what you pay, and cannot buy anything from us through their portal. What you charge them, and how, is entirely your business.
Their own websites, and nothing else. Not your plan, your capacity, your infrastructure, your other clients, or their sites. This is enforced on the server, not by hiding menu items — the portal has no route to any of it.
Yes. Each client site can be connected to the client's own domain with its certificate issued automatically. Before that, sites are addressed under your agency's domain — so the client sees your name throughout the project, not ours.
No. CubeWP provisions and operates it — WordPress, PHP, the web server, certificates, backups and updates. You get a dedicated environment for your portfolio without taking on server administration.
Capability, not capacity. Both tiers get the same dedicated infrastructure and the same 25 client sites. Premium unlocks the premium templates and add-ons your client sites can be built with. Moving between tiers changes what you can build, never how many sites you can run.
Your clients' websites are not taken offline because of a dispute between your agency and us. If a payment fails there is a grace period during which everything keeps running and nothing changes; new site creation is paused first. If the account is eventually suspended, your agency's own sites go offline — your clients' sites do not. They are not party to the bill, and we do not treat them as leverage.
