CubeWP Agency
Run up to 25 client websites on a dedicated VPS, manage them from one dashboard, and give every client their own portal.
Dedicated infrastructure
When you subscribe, a server is provisioned and allocated to your agency. Every client site you create lands on it by design, not by chance.
CubeWP · managed infrastructure
Your client portfolio · 25 slots
25 / 25 client sites
Allocated
Provisioned when you subscribe. Every client site is placed on it automatically; none of yours ever lands on the shared fleet.
Managed
WordPress, PHP, the web server, certificates, backups and updates are operated by CubeWP. No root login, no patching rota.
Predictable
Capacity is a property of your infrastructure. You see exactly what is used, and the platform stops you overshooting.
What you're actually buying
An Agency subscription is a plan, a server and a capacity. Keeping them apart is what lets your capability change without touching your capacity.
01 · Plan
The agreement between your agency and CubeWP. It sets your capability tier, Core or Premium, and so which templates and add-ons your sites may run.
02 · Infrastructure
A dedicated environment, provisioned the moment you subscribe. Its state, being prepared, active or needing attention, is always visible to you.
03 · Capacity
Both tiers include the same 25 sites. How many websites you run and what you can build with them are two different questions.
Running a client portfolio on individual hosting means twenty-five control panels, twenty-five
renewal dates, twenty-five sets of credentials, and twenty-five invoices that arrive on
twenty-five different days. None of that work is billable.
An Agency plan replaces it with one environment, one dashboard and one bill. You add a client, you
create their site, and it is running on infrastructure you already own — without a new hosting
relationship each time you win work.
Two surfaces, two audiences
Your agency dashboard and your clients' portal are separate products with separate logins. A client never sees your plan, your capacity, your other clients, or what you charge them.
Every client, every website, capacity, domains, your team and your plan — in one place. Add a client, create their site, watch it go live, and see at a glance which sites need attention.
Clients sign in with a one-time code — no password to reset and no CubeWP account to create. They see their own websites and nothing else. The list above isn't hidden by a setting; the portal has no route to it.
Your name in front
Connect your agency's domain once. Every client site you create is addressed under it automatically — and when a client is ready, their own domain goes on top.
Agency domain
Connect your domain once. Every new client site is created under it with its certificate issued, so clients see your name from day one.
Client domain
At launch, the client's own domain goes on top. Do it for them from your dashboard, or let them do it from their portal with the exact records to add.
Client portal
The place your clients sign in lives on your domain too, in your agency's name, never on a platform they have not heard of.
Templates
Every client site starts from the CubeWP catalogue: complete directory, classifieds, eCommerce and business builds, not empty themes.
Core includes the core catalogue. Premium unlocks the premium templates and add-ons.
Your team
Invite the people who build the sites. Staff manage clients and sites; only the owner invites people or changes the plan.
Client logins are separate again, scoped to one client's own websites.
In the dashboard
The agency dashboard is the whole operation, not a billing page with a site list attached.
Sign into any client site from your dashboard or the client card. No passwords to keep.
Bring a client's current WordPress site in from a backup archive, plugins and theme included.
Upload your agency's plugins and themes once, then deploy them to any of your sites.
Publish plain HTML sites beside WordPress ones. Every publish is a release you can roll back.
Copy a finished build as the starting point for the next client.
Move a site to another catalogue template. A backup is taken first.
Move the client's nameservers to us, or keep their DNS where it is and add two records.
Your logo and your support address, on your own portal domain.
Daily backups, plus a safety backup kept seven days whenever a site is removed.
Messages your clients send from their portal land with your agency, not with us.
Staff run the whole portfolio. Each client sees only their own websites.
Move between Core and Premium on the live subscription without touching a site.
How it works
Six steps, all from your agency dashboard. Nothing to install, and no server for you to set up.
Core or Premium. Both include 25 client sites; they differ in what those sites can be built with.
A dedicated server is allocated to your agency and prepared. You watch the progress in your dashboard.
Point it at CubeWP once. Every client site you create afterwards is addressed under it.
Pick a template or import their existing site. It is built on your VPS and filed under that client.
At launch their domain goes on top, with its certificate. You do it, or they do it from their portal.
They sign in with a one-time code and see their own websites. You keep the whole portfolio.
Sites vs Agency
CubeWP Sites is for running your own website. CubeWP Agency is for running other people's.
For running your own website
For running your clients' websites
Running one site of your own and a client portfolio? Keep both. Your own sites stay in CubeWP Sites, and your agency runs alongside them.
Built for
Web agencies
The whole client portfolio in one place, with a professional login for each client.
Freelancers
Take on client work without a new hosting account and invoice every time a project lands.
WordPress developers
Start each project from a finished template and keep every build on infrastructure you control.
Web studios
Give your team scoped access, so the people building sites never hold the billing relationship.
Managed website providers
Turn hosting from a cost you resell into an environment you operate, with capacity you can see.
Businesses with many sites
Run brands, franchises or regional sites under one roof, without one hosting account per property.
Agency pricing
Size your server, then pick your catalogue. Every plan runs on infrastructure of your own — never shared with another agency.
